E.U-RE.C.: o.V.E. is built around a simple but ambitious idea: helping cities regenerate from within by investing in people, skills and communities. The project aims to develop and roll out territorial Vocational Excellence units, linked through an international network, to respond to the complex challenges of urban social regeneration—strengthening skills, reinforcing the social fabric and making urban spaces more liveable, equitable and resilient.

The project fundend under the call for Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) under the Erasmus+, brings together 16 partners including Unioncamere Europa, coordinated by Forma Camera, and will jointly design and develop “Territorial Units”, including their physical spaces and their activities. A strong focus will be placed on capacity building, with dedicated programmes for VET trainers, university lecturers and researchers from partner institutions.
E.U-RE.C.o.V.E. will deliver new training programmes and curricula on Urban Social Regeneration, targeting EQF levels 5 and 6 as well as adult learners, alongside a learning mobility scheme, and a system for validation and certification of competences. To ensure long-term impact and accessibility, the project will develop a digital platform to support learning, collaboration and knowledge sharing across countries. The project will officially kick off in March 2026. More information will be shared as activities unfold.
